Estimate builder

Six questions.
Then we take it from there.

Tell us about the property and what's going on with it. It takes about a minute, and it means the first conversation starts with your actual project instead of twenty questions.

We don't quote square-foot rates from a screen — every number we put in writing comes off an on-site measure. This just gets us ready for it.

Step 1 of 7

Project type

What are you looking to have done?

Pick the closest match — you can add detail at the end.

Property size

How big is the property?

A rough bracket is fine — we measure properly on site.

Access

How many storeys?

This tells us what access and scaffolding the job needs.

The situation

What's prompting the work?

Storm damage and planned upgrades run down different tracks.

Insurance

Is an insurance claim involved?

If it is, we can deal with your adjuster directly.

Timing

When would you like this done?

Emergencies jump the queue — planning ahead is welcome too.

Last step

Where should we send it?

We have what we need about the property. Add your details and the sales team will follow up to book the on-site measure.

Request Form

What happens next

No pressure,
no guesswork.

Step 01

We call you back

Someone from the sales team goes through what you've sent and calls to confirm the details and book a time that suits you.

Step 02

On-site measure

We measure every elevation, photograph the problem areas and go through those images with you. On-site estimates are $150.

Step 03

Written scope

You get the exact products, colours and square footage in writing — yours to keep and compare, with no obligation to book the work.

Common questions

About estimates.

Will this give me a price right away?

No, and we'd be careful of anyone who does. Two houses with the same square footage can differ by thousands once you account for storeys, access, the condition of the sheathing underneath and the products you choose. What this does is get the details in front of the right person so the on-site visit is quick and the written number is accurate.

What does the on-site estimate cost?

On-site estimates are $150. That covers a proper measure of every elevation, full photo documentation reviewed with you, and a written scope naming products, colours and square footage — yours to keep whoever you end up hiring.

What if I don't know the answers?

Every question has a "not sure" option, and picking it costs you nothing. We'd rather you guess honestly than guess confidently — we're measuring it ourselves either way.

Is an insurance claim handled differently?

Yes. If you tell us a claim is open or you're considering one, we document the damage to the standard your insurer needs and meet the adjuster on site where possible.
